Training Terms and Conditions

Seating is limited in each class.  Registrations are processed on a first-come, first-served basis.

Prepayment is required by check or credit card (Visa or MasterCard).  Registration and payment must be received ten (10) business days prior to the first day of class.  Sales tax will be charged where applicable.

If you are unable to attend a course, a substitute participant may attend in your place at no extra charge. Please provide written notification prior to or no later than on the start date of the course.

Course fee  includes a $100 data processing fee, which is nonrefundable.  Course fee, less the data processing fee, will be refunded if notice of cancellation is at least ten (10) business days prior to the class start date.  Full course fee will be charged to participants who cancel nine (9) business days or less before the class start date or who fail to appear for the class.

Training classes are confirmed approximately ten (10) business days prior to the start date.

Travel is the registrant’s responsibility.  Geodata assumes no responsibility for nonrefundable travel arrangement losses resulting from course scheduling changes or cancellations. 

Students must attend 90 percent of a class in order to receive a certificate of completion.
